As part of his commitment to serving all Wisconsinites, the Office of Governor Evers processes requests for proclamations* and other commemorative documents listed below:
- Birth of a Baby
- Birthday Greeting

- Girl Scout Achievement
- Retirement (Military, State Employee, or Private Employee)
- Class/Family Reunion
- Wedding Anniversary
